Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove products are sold throughout the world via our distribution network, and this Inside Sales Coordinator role is key in supporting our distribution partners. The inside sales team is a focused group that supports our customers and field sales team. A pedigree of problem solving, and exceptional customer focus is key to success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities
- Become an expert on products and systems to best serve the customers
- Outbound and inbound calls
- Develop weekly call strategies
- Assisting field sales team with problem solving and / or order inquiries
- Serve as our partners’ primary point of contact regarding orders
- Create relationships with customers and aid them with any order-related needs/issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management
- Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Make decisions independently and resolve various issues
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree, or 2-5 years’ experience in inside sales, customer service, or supply chain management in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry
- Experience and familiarity with distribution channels and supporting field sales teams
- Business to Business customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules
- English/Spanish bilingual
