Primary Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer position will understand company goals, marketing objectives as well as visual expectations for our brands and brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will create best-in-class designs using the latest design techniques, be largely responsible for creating and maintaining a uniform look and feel across multiple branded assets. Primary responsibilities may include :
- Concept, design, develop and adapt a multitude of digital, print, POP and other materials to meet business needs throughout the organization.
- Create and maintain a uniform look and feel across multiple branded assets.
- Partner with internal teams as well as vendors to execute on project goals and client requirements.
- Take responsibility for understanding the client's needs within its specific business context in order to deliver strong designs that help grow the brands.
- Execute designs based on existing standards and style guides and that meet content and functional requirements dictated by our team.
- Meet deadlines on a daily basis and multitask in a fast-paced environment managing projects with varying timelines and priorities.
- Understand the brands and articulate the brand messaging via design.
- Present designs to clients, explaining simple to complex design experiences eloquently, and be flexible within the iterative nature of the creative process.
- Provide a passion for design and demonstrable innovative and creative talent, as well as a strong eye for artistic and creative detail.
