Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream is an innovative ice cream shop. We use liquid nitrogen to instantly freeze custom frozen treats as designed by our customers. In this role you will manage the store on your shift including oversight of food preparation, kitchen prep and stocking, sanitation, general store operations, and customer service. Working closely with store ownership, you will be an integral part of the team to make hiring and staffing decisions, defining and upkeeping operational standards, and creating promotions.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Oversee food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and store protocols
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Consistent ability to work evening shifts and rotating weekends.
- Food Safety Certification or willingness to take
- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in managing and training employees
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
Bonus if you have:
- An active food handler's permit
- Social media and marketing skills

- Knowledge of current food and beverage trends
