Primary Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer position will understand company goals, marketing objectives as well as visual expectations for our brands and brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will create best-in-class designs using the latest design techniques, be largely responsible for creating and maintaining a uniform look and feel across multiple branded assets. Primary responsibilities may include :
Concept, design, develop and adapt a multitude of digital, print, POP and other materials to meet business needs throughout the organization.Create and maintain a uniform look and feel across multiple branded assets.Partner with internal teams as well as vendors to execute on project goals and client requirements.Take responsibility for understanding the client’s needs within its specific business context in order to deliver strong designs that help grow the brands.Execute designs based on existing standards and style guides and that meet content and functional requirements dictated by our team.Meet deadlines on a daily basis and multitask in a fast-paced environment managing projects with varying timelines and priorities.Understand the brands and articulate the brand messaging via design.Present designs to clients, explaining simple to complex design experiences eloquently, and be flexible within the iterative nature of the creative process.Provide a passion for design and demonstrable innovative and creative talent, as well as a strong eye for artistic and creative detail.Required Qualifications :
2- or 4-year degree2 years of industry experienceHighly proficient with current versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Acrobat, and Microsoft OfficeExperience in print and electronic catalog / brochure design and productionPreferred Qualifications :
Degree in Marketing or relatedAd Agency experienceHTML / CSS knowledgeFamiliar with various design, web, and multimedia software and applicationsExperience with print processes and working with print vendors on project estimationsSelf-motivated and driven to learn both inside and outside the work environmentWe value our employees by providing :
