Job Description
Help customers secure the best financing options and sell essential products like extended warranties and insurance coverage. You’ll work closely with the sales team to create a seamless experience for our customers and ensure their needs are met with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Present and sell a variety of financing and insurance products to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Work closely with the sales department to streamline the vehicle purchasing process and ensure customers have access to the best financing options.
- Train and mentor Subaru sales consultants on F&I processes, helping them effectively communicate and present finance and insurance options.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction (CSI) scores consistently meet or exceed dealership goals.
- Accurately prepare and process all necessary finance and insurance paperwork in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and submit customer financing applications to lenders, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Promote and sell extended service contracts and other vehicle protection programs to customers, enhancing their ownership experience.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on F&I performance, tracking key metrics like finance penetration and product sales.
- Assist in the development and execution of advertising materials and promotions related to finance and insurance products.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive finance or related fields preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of automotive financing and insurance procedures is a plus.
- Ability to complete financial documents and explain terms to customers clearly.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and dealership personnel.
- Must be willing to obtain any required F&I certifications.
