Service Department Receptionist/Greeter Responsibilities:
- Welcome client’s when they arrive
- Determine the nature of the client’s visit
- Provide information to technician and/or management regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of service
- Take thorough messages and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
- Maintain and stock client refreshments and ensure waiting area is tidy
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Communication skills – communicate effectively with others
- Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- 18 years of age or older
