Responsibilities

The BDC Representative acts as the communication link between the customer and Automotive Dealership. The BDC Representative is responsible for scheduling and setting service appointments via inbound / outbound calls.

  • Answering inbound phone calls, and tend to customer needs.
  • Follow script and guidelines on each and every phone call.
  • Ensure phones are not left unattended during scheduled shift.
  • Reaching out to customers whose vehicles are due for service.
  • Maintain outstanding phone etiquette.
  • Provide a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a high-volume Call Center is required.
  • Prior Automotive Dealership / BDC experience is highly preferred.
  • Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include Saturdays.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Polished, professional, and customer-focused.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.

    • Schedule

  • This position requires candidates to be available to work from 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Saturday, with Sundays and one additional weekday off.

    • Compensation

  • This position pays $18.00 / hour, plus bonus opportunities based off performance, such as Individual Appointment Shown.

    • Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
