Join the Subaru Superstore of Surprise team as a Technology & Delivery Specialist! We’re looking for motivated, self-driven, and client-focused individuals to be part of our success!
As a Technology & Delivery Specialist, you'll help new Subaru owners and dealership staff discover and appreciate the full range of Subaru's innovative features and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage follow-up and scheduling to ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with Subaru's HEART Pillars and Love Promise.
- Guide customers in operating and utilizing the special features of their new vehicle.
- Assist with pairing cell phone(s), garage door opener, reviewing the navigation system, and setting up key fobs.
- Demonstrate and explain the stereo system, programming, subscriptions, and other special features.
- Be the product expert, understanding differences between product lines, standard features, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Verify delivery paperwork, vehicle condition, and ensure accessories listed on the purchase order are present or absent.
- Follow up with Subaru customers post-sale and after all deliveries to ensure satisfaction and enhance customer loyalty.
- Maintain a clean and professional delivery bay and showroom floor.
- Manage the redelivery calendar and schedule.
- Ensure new owners are introduced to the Retailer’s Service & Parts Department.
- Oversee program incentives and related administrative duties.
- Provide and share comprehensive product information throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:

- Proficient in computer applications including Contact Management Software, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly motivated.
- Maintain an outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance.

- Must have a clean and valid driving record.
