General Manager

RACCAR Automotive- Audi Gilbert is seeking a results-focused, highly driven, a current and experienced Automotive General Manager to grow our dealership to the next level. All our facilities are image compliant/very new, and World Class. We have a strong senior management group that is dedicated to our employees’ success, and an excellent reputation of superior customer service within the Phoenix community.

Responsibilities:

•      Oversee all departments (Sales, Service, and Parts) to ensure profitability and efficiency

•      Support, mentor and engage with all management positions

•      Manage daily operations, recommend and create improved course of action where necessary

•      Responsible to control expenses and maintain customer satisfaction (CSI)

•      Build strong customer relationships

•      Manage company processes

•      Stay current on market knowledge

•      Maintain a balanced inventory in new and used vehicles

•      Create a positive sales culture for the team focusing on employee retention

•      Respond to customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved

Qualifications:

•      Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a General Manager or General Sales Manager in a high-volume franchise store and have the references to substantiate this.

•      Have a record of outstanding sales achievement and Excellence in Customer Service

•      Be a process driven coach/mentor who can lead an existing group of dedicated employees

•      Have strong selling skills to take the dealership to the next level

•      Be a hands-on daily leader who stays involved in all parts of the operation

•      Have a strong attention to and appreciation for the details

•      Professional appearance, strong work ethic and integrity

•      Must possess a valid and clean driving record

Salary : $144,000 - $240,000
