Service Manager

Responsibilities:

·       Manage the activities of the service department, ensure efficient and profitable operation of the department

·       Plan, organize, and lead service department operations to meet/exceed dealership goals and manufacturer requirements.

·       Supervisor department employees to include training, motivation, counseling, and documenting employee performance to maximize production and client satisfaction.

·       Maintain profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction (CSI)

·       Listen and respond to customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved

·       Plan and prepare work schedules.  Assist in monitoring the shop productivity, workflow, and procedures with an emphasis on efficiency, thoroughness, and safety

·       Attract, develop, and retain the very best talent

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules.

·       Maintain an organized and clean shop

·       Ensure proper warranty procedures are followed, claims review, billing, and collection

Qualifications:

·       5 years’ Service Manager experience with a luxury automotive dealership REQUIRED

·       Process driven coach/mentor who can lead an existing group of dedicated employees

·       Prior experience using Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred

·       Process driven, outstanding attention to detail and a high sense of urgency

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Professional appearance, a strong work ethic with integrity beyond reproach.

·       Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
