Responsibilities:
- Ensure guests are greeted when they enter the service drive in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide valet parking services, including picking up and delivering vehicles as needed.
- Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure customers are being assisted in a timely manner.
- Road test vehicles to confirm service repair and/or concern.
- Coordinate delivery to customer when service is complete.
- Keep service drive orderly, clean, and presentable. Clean areas of service garage as needed.
- Maintain a high level of safety awareness, ensuring the safety of all guests and staff members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience with valet parking or driving a manual transmission vehicle.
- Bilingual or multilingual language skills are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Must be 18 with valid driver's license and clean driving record
