Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Brand Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with expertise in brand management and marketing within the medspa or wellness industry. This person will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, attract new clients, and retain existing ones, as well as enhancing our patient experience model across the business. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to drive brand growth and enhance brand equity.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives, specifically tailored to the medspa market.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and messaging relevant to the medspa industry.
- Oversee all aspects of brand management, including visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice, ensuring alignment with industry standards and consumer expectations.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty amongst our target audience.
- Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand advocates in the medspa and wellness industry to expand reach and impact.
- Leverage SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and community-building efforts to drive organic traffic and enhance brand presence in the medspa sector.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians, providers, front desk staff, and marketing manager to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies in the medspa field to identify opportunities for brand innovation.
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and foster brand loyalty.
- Develop and execute an expansion upon current client/patient experience aligned with the launch of the new MedSpa space and enhanced wellness environment.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, specifically within the medspa or wellness industry.
- Must be a self-starter, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and be willing to take on a sales role to expand client base.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Must be comfortable in a client facing role and possess a business development mindset and friendly disposition.
- Must be committed to customer service and client experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand, social media, and organic marketing strategies in the medspa space.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
