Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time program and event coordinator that holds the skillsets of program coordination, event and production coordination, and social content/digital content knowledge. This person thrives in a creative fast-paced environment that continues to evolve with trends, industry, and technology. In the development and implementation of several key content initiatives inclusive of digital programming and live conference coordination, we are looking for a self-starter to support the build, implementation, and maintenance of programs and events.
Job Duties:
- Partner with key stakeholders on the development and execution of educational content series, strategy, and implementation plan.
- Support planning of digital content series, including webinars, podcasts, and online workshops.
- Lead the integration of content series onto digital platform such as Patreon, Thinkific, or similar subscription-based content platform.
- Collaborate with content creators and speakers to develop engaging and informative materials.
- Participate in creative development of curriculum and content calendar.
- Manage the promotion and registration for digital content series, ensuring high engagement and attendance.
- Evaluate the success of digital content initiatives and incorporate feedback for future improvements.
- Support coordination of live conferences, including agenda development, speaker management, and session coordination.
- Act as liaison between specific vendors/contacts and the Subbio team to ensure timely deliverables.
- Support the production and editing of social media content.
- Support development of marketing strategy inclusive of monetization opportunities across digital platforms.
- Support creative development and capture of content, video editing, and graphic design to adhere to the brand.
- Stay updated with the industry trends.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in event planning or program coordination, with a focus on live events, conferences, and digital content.
- Must be highly organized and a creative thinker to solve problems quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Cvent)
- Familiarity with digital content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webinar software, podcasting tools).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Must be self-motivated, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and be agile.
- A willingness to evolve with the duties of the role a must.
- Familiarity with video editing software.
- Must be comfortable in an executive-facing role and possess a business development mindset and friendly disposition.
