Position Overview 

The intern will support the Marine Services group's procurement activities, including vendor engagement, contract management, and operational oversight. They will contribute to cost analyses, volumetric projections, and procurement data management, while also assisting with compliance checks and documentation processes. This position reports to Dominique Sanon (Sr. Procurement Manager).

Responsibilities 

• Assist in coordinating procurement activities to ensure timely acquisition of services
• Support tracking and analyzing procurement data
• Collaborate with project teams to develop favorable contract terms and conditions
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
• Contribute to vendor evaluation processes
• Generate reports, correspondence, and maintain the procurement documentation repository
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team

Qualifications

Qualifications 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Understanding of procurement and contract management principles
• Enrolled in a degree program (Rising Senior) in Business / Finance, or a related field
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
