Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Public Relations Manager, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for managing media relations, writing and distributing press releases, developing and executing strategic communication plans, and maintaining relationships with press and media outlets. The role involves both in-office work and the flexibility to work from home as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Media Relations and Public Relations
- Experience in writing Press Releases and Strategic Communications
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with media outlets
- Proven experience in managing PR campaigns successfully
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in relevant industries such as entertainment, sports, fashion, or technology is preferred
