What impact you will have
The Global Partner Manager, Channel Sales will be responsible for developing and managing channel partnerships, driving sales growth through strategic relationships, and expanding Submer’s footprint in the US market.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to grow Submer’s presence across the USA.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to increase market coverage and revenue opportunities.
- Provide partners with the tools, resources, and training needed to promote Submer’s solutions effectively.
- Implement and manage partner portals, ensuring partners have access to key resources, tools, and program updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support joint go-to-market initiatives and events.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partners, addressing challenges and ensuring mutual success.
- Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results and meet sales targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to align business objectives and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the data center and sustainability sectors
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in channel sales or partner management within the tech or data center industry.
- Strong track record of implementing and managing partner portals to enhance partner engagement and efficiency.
- Deep understanding of channel partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with data center solutions, immersion cooling, or sustainability-focused technologies is highly desirable.
