What you'll do
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop test plans and design test cases for the product.
- Preparing test equipment and performing tests, ensuring all procedures align with company and industry standards.
- Validating our products to ensure our products meet the design requirements
- Trouble shooting errors or issues in the test and streamlining the test procedures
- Analyzing test data and preparing test reports for the internal and external customers
- Managing lab test resources to support test requests and coordinating with managers and stakeholders to address any issues or challenges
- Ensuring all lab members adhere to safety procedures and providing training on the proper use of test equipment
- Documenting best practices and procedures in the lab
