Key Responsibilities:

• Equity Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and valuation modeling to support startups’ fundraising efforts.
• Pitch Deck Development: Assist in preparing investor materials, including pitch decks, business plans, and financial models, to help startups effectively communicate their value proposition.
• Investor Outreach: Support the team in identifying and engaging potential investors, including venture capital firms, angel investors, and private equity groups.
• Due Diligence: Coordinate and participate in due diligence processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and data are prepared and organized.
• Financial Modeling: Build and refine financial models to evaluate startups’ growth potential and equity value.
• Market Insights: Research and analyze trends in venture capital, equity markets, and startup ecosystems to provide actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with startups, investors, and internal teams to support deal structuring, negotiations, and closing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience or coursework in investment banking, venture capital, or startup finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
