Job Overview :
We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordination Specialist to provide essential administrative support to our Project Managers (PMs) and Project Controls team. Key Responsibilities :
- Assist PMs in creating project write-ups and managing the historical project database.
- Support PMs with progress reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Work alongside the Project Scheduler to develop project timelines and schedules.
- Coordinate project-related meetings and activities.
- Document meeting minutes accurately and distribute them promptly.
- Help PMs compile essential documentation for meetings, change requests, project schedules, action items, RFIs, and budgets.
- Collaborate effectively with PMs and technical staff to ensure project success.
