This position guarantees work daily Monday- Friday. The rate of pay is $182 per day.

Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure a seamless transition for students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
- Engage students in meaningful activities that promote learning and participation.
- Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning differences.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding classroom activities and student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and any incidents that occur during class.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Qualifications
- Valid teaching certification or bachelors degree
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or in diverse settings.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with literacy education practices is a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students and staff.
