Summary
As a Paraprofessional at Substitute Teacher Service, you will support classroom teachers and enhance the learning experience for students across multiple districts. This role is vital in fostering a positive educational environment and contributing to the development of students' academic skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities and managing classroom dynamics.
- Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive appropriate guidance and assistance.
- Implement lesson plans as directed by the teacher, adapting materials as necessary for student comprehension.
- Monitor student behavior and engagement, implementing behavior management strategies when needed.

Qualifications
- Experience working in educational settings, preferably as a paraprofessional or similar role.
