Responsibilities
- Manage office schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Oversee phone systems and direct calls appropriately to maintain effective communication within the office.
- Maintain and manage calendars for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Assist in event planning, organizing logistics for company events and meetings.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting as needed.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position.
- 1 year working in the medical field
- Strong schedule management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using phone systems and managing communications professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools is preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices is beneficial.
- Previous experience in human resources is desirable but not mandatory.
