As the National Region Coordinator, you are responsible for assigning and disposing of company-owned vehicles to ensure the appropriate flow of inventory based on currently provided parameters set by the General Motors client. Providing customer service to drivers through email, phone, and team messaging.

Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $17 per hour based on experience.

National Region Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

• Track inventory and driver activity daily using eCVMS, and communicate with drivers via phone, email, and IM to provide updates and support.
• Submit vehicle orders and process credit/rebill transactions for driver vehicle assignments.
• Work with regional offices to assign license plates for drivers outside Michigan and maintain manufacturer plates inventory.
• Assist auction personnel with vehicle locations and coordinate shipping of vehicles to dealerships.
• Manage vehicle swaps for company drivers using reports, email, and GM forms.
• Track vehicle orders and update status in GM systems, working with dealerships on PDI/LPO, repairs, and recalls.
• Maintain vehicle files and prepare vehicles for disposal through auctions or sales.
• Send license plate renewals to drivers via FedEx, and perform annual inventory with required paperwork.
• Complete Power of Attorney paperwork for drivers to obtain state-specific license plates.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.

National Region Coordinator Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 1-year customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in excel and outlook.
• Must be a reliable team player.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
