Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $17 per hour based on experience.
Porter Responsibilities Include:
- Transport vehicles to and from local lots.
- Transport disposed vehicles to auction lots.
- Install license plates on vehicles.
- Drop off and pick up dealer repairs.
- Lightly detail and gas up assigned vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle inspections on turned-in vehicles.
- Sweep the yard, and look for cars in the aisle to put in the correct location.
- Do a final inspection to make sure the vehicle is empty and clean for clients’ use.
- Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
