Waste & Recycling Equipment Mechanic Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Waste and Recycling Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Suburban Carting, a premier waste management company in the area.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience repairing and maintaining hydraulics, A/C, electrical, brakes, and suspension on diesel equipment, heavy trucks, or heavy equipment. If this is you, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair Mack and Peterbilt trucks and McNeilus, EZ Pack, Heil, Kann, Leach, American Hoist, Cummins, and Mack engines
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with diesel equipment
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- ASE A5 Brakes Certification
- ASE Certification
- At least 10 years of experience repairing and maintaining diesel equipment
- Diesel engine repair experience
- Mechanical knowledge
