Suburban Carting Co. is seeking a skilled Diesel Engine Specialist to join our team in Briarcliff Manor, NY.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced mechanic with at least 10 years of experience repairing and maintaining hydraulics, A/C, electrical, brakes, and suspension on diesel equipment, heavy trucks, or heavy equipment.

Suburban Carting Co. has been serving Westchester & Putnam County for nearly 40 years and is the largest privately owned and operated waste and recycling company in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain diesel engines, hydraulics, A/C, electrical systems, brakes, and suspension on heavy equipment and trucks.
- Work on Mack & Peterbilt trucks and McNeilus, EZ Pack, Heil, Kann, Leach, American Hoist, Cummins & Mack engines.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of heavy equipment and trucks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and ensure efficient operation of the shop.
