Job Summary: The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will help support the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with programmed workouts for our athletic teams, serving our student-athletes and coaching staff during our Spring season (early March - early June). The role will be expected to work with after school workout times (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM) and occasional before school workouts (6:00 AM - 7:15 AM) in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of character and strength and conditioning experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree with teacher’s certificate preferred.
- Previous strength and conditioning experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrate strong teaching, leadership and organizational qualities with supporting a competitive and comprehensive strength and conditioning program.
- Foster a team environment that supports a strong work ethic and the appropriate behavior and sportsmanship of all participants.
- Exhibit great passion for strength and conditioning and the high school athletics experience.
- Effectively and positively communicate with student-athletes, coaches, and athletic department personnel.
Additional Information: This position reports to the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. If a teaching position is open in the school fitting a candidate’s credentials, the coaching candidate may apply separately for that position, if interested.
