REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills using the English language.
- Advanced knowledge in the operations of computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Ability to analyze and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Minimum of three years experience with computer networking and troubleshooting computers.
- Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with people.
- Experience with configuration, installation, deployment, and maintenance of computing devices using a variety of operating systems including Windows, Mac OS X, and iOS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps for Education.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
