Suburban Emergency Medical Services is an EMS leader in the Lehigh Valley and Monroe County, PA. We employ approximately 140 employees with a progressive customer service and growth model. Today, we serve a population of 132,038 across a primary district that spans 232 square miles in 19 different municipalities.
The Communications & Marketing Manager must be innovative, customer-driven, self-motivated, and have outstanding leadership qualities, with the ability to be a team player. This position requires attention to detail and excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills. This position provides internal and external communication through social media, print, fundraising, in-person events, and other communication forms to broaden the Company's footprint
The Communications and Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and distributing promotional material, responding to customers’ queries and comments on social media, and networking during events. This position will be our brand’s voice to our staff, customers, and communities.
Operational Essential Functions :
- Plan and develop marketing campaigns that effectively promote our brand and services.
- Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Collaborate with our management team to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees, customers, vendors, officials, and residents of the communities we serve.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.
- Update and maintain the company website, including blogs and events.
- Plan and attend events internally and externally with our staff, communities, and industry partners.
Requirements :
Education, Experience, and Training :
College degree preferred.
Communications, public relations, or marketing experience preferred
Requirements :
High school diploma or a GED as evidence of completion.
At least three years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing.
