Responsibilities
- Greet and assist callers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and emails.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and office environment.
- Clerical duties such as invoicing, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ordering of supplies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic mathematic skills, such as reading a ruler and understanding fractions.
- Proficient computer literacy
- Previous experience in customer support or personal assistant roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.75 - $16.50 per hour
