Job Summary :
The Customer Service / Inside Sales at Suburban Pest Control will be responsible for following up with leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales via phone and email. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
Communicate frequently with customers in both a sales and customer service capacity.
Meet or exceed set sales goals
Utilize company CRM to provide proposals to potential customers.
Follow-up on prior quotes and verify completion of prior agreements.
Close sales.
Review and reconcile sales reports ensuring accuracy.
Source out new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
Enjoys talking on the phone and is selling solutions.
Creative with a problem solving mentality and CAN DO attitude.
Must be a clear communicator with the ability to connect with others easily.
Should be able to function independently but also be a team player that shows
dedication to the company and customers.
Must have a G.E.D. or equivalent and a proven stable work history of 3-4 years
with 2 years of sales.
Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
A welcoming and clean appearance with the ability to pass a background.
Training for the position consists of :
On-the-job training to learn the CRM, Sales process, Videos, written processes, and phone system.
