Responsibilities
- Assist patients on phone, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient interactions to optimize office workflow.
- Provide clerical support, including filing and data entry, to enhance office management.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient service and care delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a medical office setting, particularly in administrative support
- Proficient in managing medical records and utilizing EHR systems, including MEDENT
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient interaction
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Competence in handling multi-line phone systems and clerical tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
