We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Process payments and manage billing procedures.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest relations and overall satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
• A background in resort settings or similar environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
