- Organize and maintain the dealership’s inventory and lot to ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Manage the movement of vehicles on the lot, ensuring proper parking and retrieval according to designated areas
- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring that vehicles are properly stored and displayed
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections for damage and report any issues to management for timely resolution
- Assist customers in retrieving and loading their vehicle purchases, ensuring satisfaction and a smooth process
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly locked, secured, and accounted for at all times
- Collaborate with management and team members to improve inventory organization and customer service processes
- Follow all safety regulations and dealership policies to maintain a safe working environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
