Duties
- Assist physicians in preparing and dispensing oral oncolytic medications,
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles, ensuring compliance with medical terminology and pharmacy regulations.
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding medications and treatment plans.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and organizing pharmaceutical supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes through effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of pharmacy practices and advancements in patient care.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail or in office dispensary is required.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals and patient care.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing quality service to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
