Responsibilities

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.
- Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security in financial transactions.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in hospitality and customer service.
- Manage inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, ensuring timely orders and minimal waste.
- Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute events, ensuring all details meet client expectations.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts to optimize coverage during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in cash handling and financial management.
- Knowledge of catering operations, banquet services, and kitchen management is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager is a plus.
