Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining inventory control. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to drive sales and profitability.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations
- Create employee schedules to ensure proper coverage during all shifts
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data, track trends, and make informed business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Proficient in inventory control processes and procedures
- Knowledge of employee orientation and training techniques
- Ability to sell products effectively and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Proficient in retail math calculations
- Experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Ability to manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth store operations
