Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for crafting delicious sandwiches while providing excellent service to our customers.

Duties

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including all food preparation surfaces and equipment.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling additional items when appropriate.
• Handle food service tasks such as bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while preparing food.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash register duties.

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus.
• A friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service, helping to create a positive dining experience for all patrons.
