As regional restaurant leader or area supervisor, you will oversee the performance, operations, and growth multiple restaurant locations, within a designated region. This leadership role involves driving business results, mentoring managers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand standards. Key Responsibilities —Lead and manage day to day operations across multiple restaurant locations —Develop and mentor restaurant mangers to achieve their operational and personal development goals.—Ensure adherence to company standards, including quality safety, and service excellence.—Analyze financial reports and implement profitability —Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and staff retention —Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance and provide hands -on support —Oversee staffing, training, and succession planning for all restaurants in your region —Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing initiatives and business strategies—Monitor regional KPI’s and corrective action to meet or exceed goals. Qualifications —Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management or similar leadership role—Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and cost controls—Excellent communication, organization, and problem skills—Ability to motivate and lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment —Deep understanding of food safety regulations and customer service best practices —Flexibility to travel frequently within the region
