Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist with the receiving, sorting, and storing of products in the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the warehouse environment.
• Utilize basic math skills to accurately count inventory and track product movement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow food handling and safety protocols to maintain product integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to product availability and warehouse operations.
• Support sales efforts by preparing products for distribution to retail locations or cafés.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a grocery store, café, or food industry setting is preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and handling procedures is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
