Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet guests with a cheerful and helpful manner, prepare their orders accurately, and ensure they have a positive experience.

- Point of Sale Operations: Use the Point of Sale system to record orders, compute bills, collect payment, and make change.
- Cash Handling: Perform Cash-In Procedure, accounting for all forms of money, product, etc., during shifts.
- Food Preparation: Prepare food neatly according to formula and in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Check products in storage units and restock items to maintain sufficient supplies throughout shifts.
- Food Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and clean up.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain all restaurant areas to promote a clean image and adhere to approved cleaning methods.
- Quality Standards: Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures outlined in the branded franchise operations manual.
- Appearance and Grooming: Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards as outlined in the manual.
- Light Paperwork: Complete assigned paperwork duties.
- Training: Complete company and branded franchise training courses as directed.
