Responsibilities
- Control P&L, manage contingency plans, and ensure budget goals are met
- Effectively communicate operational information and complete daily paperwork
- Track and manage daily budget projections; analyze and adjust financial results
- Oversee cash handling, complete daily financial paperwork, and periodic operational tasks
- Interact with guests to resolve complaints and ensure exceptional service through coaching
- Direct and coach Team Members on company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety policies, oversee setup, food preparation, and cleaning routines
- Maximize profit using company resources; manage vendor standards and ensure inventory and staffing align with sales
- Manage the full lifecycle of Team Members from recruitment to separation, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Oversee sales and marketing opportunities; understand trade trends and build business through community engagement
