Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day operations- Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
- Plans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members
- Maintains an exceptional level of customer service
- Knows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and ensure the restaurant is completing regular safety / cleaning / operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections
Requirements:
- Must have QSR Management / Assistant Management experience in the fast food industry
- Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience (preferred)
- A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
- Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales
- Excellent customer service standards
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Proven reliability and high personal integrity
