About Us:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of two Subway locations in Miami. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing both stores, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure the success of both locations.
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO SUBWAY TRAINING FOR 3 WEEKS, ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE PAID FOR.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of two Subway locations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Set employee schedules and manage work hours to ensure optimal staffing.
- Order inventory and manage stock levels to ensure the restaurants are well-supplied.
- Train, motivate, and develop team members to ensure high standards of service and food quality.
- Work on shifts as needed to support staffing and operational requirements.
- Handle employee issues, performance management, and customer service inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and food safety standards.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and profitability for both locations.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience in the food service industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control, ordering, and scheduling software.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends when needed.
- A strong commitment to customer service and team success.
