As part of the Subway® Team, you, as a Manager, will focus on eight main things:

In addition to the role of a Manager, key parts of your day-to-day will consist of the following:
- Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members
- Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national health and food safety codes
- Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
- Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales
- Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring the restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window
- Planning special events and promotions

PREREQUISITES Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, a college degree preferred. Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.
Physical: Ability to work any restaurant area as needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
