Job Title: Operations Supervisor

This role entails overseeing daily operations to maintain high standards of food safety, product quality, and cleanliness. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train staff members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure that equipment is in good working order.
• Schedule and supervise staff as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks and complete required courses.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Work Environment:

The position requires the ability to work varied shifts, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. Proficiency in operating a Point of Sale system is also necessary.
