We are looking for a part time Evening Lead Team Member for our Hermiston Subway located inside the Walmart.
Salary: $15 to $16.50 per Hour Tips.
Typical Schedule is 4 pm to 10 pm

What Does a Shift Lead Do?
In addition to assisting guests, shift leads organize the work duties and assign team members to the jobs that will maximize their potential and cause the shift to be successful. The shift lead also counts the cash register money each day. The shift lead is responsible for safety of our product and must take temperatures to ensure it meets our rigorous standards for quality. Day shift leads do most of the food prep work for the day.
What is Required to be a Shift Lead?
Great organizational skills and an ability to multi-task will help you be successful in this job. A desire to do the right thing and an ability to direct others to do the right thing is important. An ability to demonstrate a time in the past when you exhibited leadership skills at work, school, or in a volunteer position is helpful when applying for this job. Shift leads must be 18 years or older due to the working hours required.
