- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
- Help manage budgets, track expenses, and contribute to financial reporting as required.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant's offerings and attract new customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management, preferably in a fine dining or food production setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of catering operations is a plus, along with an understanding of food service best practices.
