Job Description:
The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Subway restaurant. This includes ensuring that great food is prepared and served, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and managing inventory and cash control systems.
As a key member of the Subway team, you will focus on providing an excellent guest experience, recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members, and maintaining business records to analyze and improve sales.
You will also be responsible for identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales, supporting local and national marketing initiatives, and planning special events and promotions.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
