We are hiring openers! We have immediate openings for individuals who can provide excellent customer service and are willing to learn the responsibilities of a Store Opener. If you want to gain experience in the fast-food industry, learn cash handling procedures, assist in training newly hired team members, and learn the duties of a store opener, we would like to talk to you. As a Team Member-opener, you will be responsible for opening at this location.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
- Responsible for opening shifts
- Cash Handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.) and accountable for funds.
- Assist in training, coaching, and development of newly hired Team Members.
- Taste product to ensure quality standards are met.
- Be the “role-model” for outstanding customer service and overall Team Member standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, health, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Perform other job-related activities as requested.
- Ensure company standards are maintained and comply with policies and procedures.
- Uphold and execute the vision and mission of Subway and assist others in doing the same. REQUIREMENTS :
